Dear Valued Customer:
As an Experience Card Member, we cordially invite you to take advantage of substantial savings on two great wines from Rodney Strong Vineyards.
Rodney Strong was one of the pioneers of Sonoma County’s modern wine industry, an acknowledged visionary who understood the potential that Sonoma County’s soil and climate held for producing world-class wines. A successful dancer before retiring and turning to his second love, winemaking, Rodney Strong established Sonoma County’s 13th bonded winery in 1959.
We took advantage of an end of year buy on a limited amount of cases of two highly rated red wines and are passing incredible savings on to you.
Rodney Strong Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California
Critical Acclaim:
Robert Parker 90
The Wine Advocate – The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, which is a selection of lots from the estate’s hillside vineyards in Alexander Valley, offers broad black cherry and blackberry fruit, more supple tannins, a full-bodied, layered style with beautiful purity and loads of berry fruit. The oak is noticeable but well-integrated. This is a big, classic, and pure style of wine to drink over the next 20 years. Rating: 90+.
Rodney Strong Symmetry Meritage 2013
Bordeaux Red Blends from Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California
Critical Acclaim:
Robert Parker 91
The Wine Advocate – Lastly, the 2013 Symmetry is a Bordeaux blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec and 4% Merlot. This is a suave, supple-textured wine with sweeter tannin, more forward personality, and loads of red and black currant fruit as well as some licorice and underbrush. It is a beauty. Medium to full-bodied and very elegant, this wine was aged 16 months in 100% French oak prior to being bottled. Drink it over the next 12-15 years.
Wines come as pictured in a beautifully designed 6 bottle box. This offer is excluded from any other offer or discounts.
