These hams are smoked in the Ozark Mountains, using a family recipe and time honored tradition that produces a tender, juicy and memorable meal. Smoked for 22 hours over fresh cut hickory and hand-rubbed with brown sugar and fresh cracked peppercorn, these hams are smoked the old-fashioned way which give them the old-fashioned flavor. Spiral Sliced Whole Ham – Smoked & Peppered (14-16 lb; serves 20-25)

Warming Your Ham:
Ozark Trails Smoked & Pepper or Hickory Smoked hams are fully cooked and ready to eat, but we recommend warming your ham for serving. Remove ham from refrigerator and bring to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325-degrees, the length of time depends on which ham you have, please see below.
• Half Ham – (Spiral Sliced): Place cut side down in the pan (that’s the flat part of the ham), and warm for 1 hour at 325.
**Wrap Spiral Sliced Ham in foil.
• Whole Ham – (Spiral Sliced): Place in pan and warm for 2 hours at 325.
