Frequently Asked Questions About the Experience Card Program:

What will the card do for me?

Your Experience Card provides instant savings on many of your favorite products. In addition, there will be special offers and programs only available to Experience Card holders.

Is there any cost?

No! It is absolutely FREE.

When can I start?

Immediately! Just fill out the short application and submit it to the customer service representative or cashier. Your permanent Experience Card and Key Tag will be issued to you at this time.

How does it work?

Just show your Experience Card to your cashier before you check out. We'll scan it and, as your purchases are rung up, your Experience savings are automatically deducted from your bill and printed on your receipt.

What kind of special savings will I receive?

Look for our special tags on items throughout the store. Remember, you can't get the savings if you don't have the card.
 

Can I still use manufacturer coupons?

Yes! And using your Experience Card saves you even more.
 

Do I need to have my card to get the instant savings?

Yes. Because savings can only be activated by the Experience Card you will want to use it whenever you shop.
 

What else are you going to try to find out about me or my family?

Your family's grocery purchases are the only thing we want to track. This will enable us to reward you with additional savings customized especially for you and your family.
 

Will you give my name, address and e-mail address to other people?

Absolutely not! Your name, address or e-mail address will NEVER be sold or given to any other marketing agency.
 

Can I cash checks with my card?

Yes. With your Experience Card and a valid Texas Drivers License or Texas ID (within selected zip codes) you may write a check for up to $20 over your purchase amount as you check out. For increased limits you will also need a Rice Epicurean Check Cashing card showing your increased limit amount or a current Rice Epicurean Markets charge card.

How do I change my account information?

Email your Experience Card Number and new information to info@riceepicurean.com or you can log-in to your account and update the information.
