What are Epoints?
Epoints Rewards are free reward points, powered by Rice Epicurean Markets, Inc, good for travel, entertainment, shopping, and more.

How do I Join?
1. Complete an in-store application or
2. Online at www.riceepicurean.com.

To enroll all you need is your Experience Card number and an E-mail address.

What if I don’t have an email address?
If you do not have access to the Internet, please visit your local Library and sign-up for free email at www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com or see our store manager.

What if I shop for a business or I am a personal shopper?
You should discuss with your employer whose name should go on the Epoints account.

Can I combine my Epoint Rewards with other mileage programs?
No. Epoints is a separate program operated by Rice Epicurean Markets.

How many household members can I include on my account?
Program membership is limited to one account per household. Any number of household members can be registered to an Epoints Reward account.

Is there any cost?
No! The Experience Card and Epoint Reward Program are absolutely FREE and there are no annual fees.

When can I signup?
Immediately! Just be sure to register your Experience Card number at the signup table or online at: www.riceepicurean.com. To enroll all you need is your Experience Card number and an E-mail address.

How does the program work?
Each time you shop, show your Experience Card to your cashier before you check out. We'll scan your card and, as your purchases are rung up; your Experience Card savings are automatically deducted from the total and printed on your receipt. Once you have enrolled your Experience Card, we’ll automatically award you with one Epoint for every dollar you spend. The point total on your receipt is as of midnight of the previous day.

Do I need to have my Experience card to get the instant savings and Epoints Rewards?
Yes. Special discounts and Epoints Rewards can only be obtained by using your Experience Card. Be sure to use it every time you shop! You must also be registered for Epoints.

How do I redeem my Epoints Rewards for gifts?
When you have earned enough Epoints to redeem, just log on to www.riceepicurean.com, click on “My Epicurean Experience” and follow the easy online instructions. Rewards are subject to change without notice.

Will my Epoints balance show up on my receipt?
Yes. Your points balance as of midnight of the previous day will print on your receipt. Your Epoints balance can also be viewed at www.riceepicurean.com. Rice Epicurean Markets will keep track of the Epoints you earn so you don’t have to. After you initially sign up, please allow up to 2 weeks for your Epoint balances to be updated. It couldn’t be easier!

Do Epoint Rewards expire?
If you continue to shop with us within a six month period, your Epoints will never expire! If you do not shop for a six month period your, Epoints will expire and your balance will be reset to zero. Company reserves right to terminate Epoints program with 30 days public notice.

Can I still use manufacturer coupons?
Yes!

What else are you going to try to find out about my family or me?
The only information we track is in regards to your grocery purchases. Tracking your purchases enables us to create special savings programs customized especially for you and your family.

Will you give or sell or lease my personal information?
Absolutely not! Your name, address, email address and shopping data will NEVER be sold, leased or given away.

Can you buy additional Epoints from Rice Epicurean Markets?
No, not at this time.
