Private Cooking School Classes Information Sheet for Field Trips

Our private classes are offered in two forms both are $30 per person with Experience Card

and $35 for Gingerbread House Class

For a demonstration class such as for the Gingerbread houses or baskets

·        The maximum class size for demonstration class is 50 people.

For an instructional class:

·        The maximum class size for hands-on is 24 people

·        We do a 1-1/2 hour to 2-hour hands-on cooking class.  They will learn some French, health, nutrition, kitchen safety, tool names and what they do, mise en place, reading a recipe, math, science, history, wield chefs knives and more and having so much fun preparing everything from scratch.  All is age appropriate.

·        Each child prepares her own meal and then delights in the satisfaction that they are enjoying the fruits of their labor.

·        Each child will receive its own recipe packet.
