Even Moms and Dads enjoy birthday parties at the RICE EPICUREAN COOKING SCHOOL. The children get up to their elbows in flour and sugar, wield chef’s knives and rolling pins and eat everything on their plate. Young chefs, from 6 years up, learn to make delicious things from scratch. Each child prepares his or her lunch or supper. The menu choices depend on the birthday child. The birthday child will “kick it up a notch” during her T.V. spotlight time.
Choose from any of the following:
Chinese Menu: Lemon Chicken or Chicken or Ham Fried Rice.
Italian Menu: Which is our most popular homemade pizza or pasta with Alfredo, herb butter or Marinara Sauce, Kolaches Italian Stomboli.
American Menu: Baked Fried Chicken with roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes or Kolaches: Cheeseburger Buns and Sloppy Joes.
Mexican Menu: Green Chili Chicken Cheese Enchiladas, Taco Salad in Tortilla Bowls or Mexican Pizza.
The side dishes are Caesar Salad, Fruit Kebob, Salad on-a Stick or Mixed Salad with French dressing, Honey/Balsamic Vinaigrette or Garden Ranch dressing or Greek Salad, Egg Rolls or Egg Drop Soup.
The piece de resistance comes when the lights are turned off and everyone sings “Happy Birthday” to honor the birthday child and blows out a candle on his or her decorated dessert. The dessert choices are chocolate, vanilla, carrot cake with cream cheese icing or angel food cupcakes with whip topping fresh strawberries, chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies decorated with cookie paint and with fun sprinkles or tannies (bar cookie with chocolate chips, toffee and coconut) brownies in which each child decorates a plate with raspberry sauce, caramel sauce, and chocolate sauce with a powder sugar snowfall on top. Each party is a participation cooking class of three recipes. Their own hands do everything. All the party necessities are provided-invitations, all paper goods, punch, and centerpieces of balloons floating above chef’s hats.

Policies & Cancellations:
In order to insure the most participation for each child, we are not able to accommodate more then 24 children. Due to limited space, parents of the guests may have to wait outside the classroom. 1 week before the party a final count.
Reservations: Cancellations can be made within the first 72 hours of making the reservation after that 50% total amount will be taken as a deposit and the other amount will be paid the day of the party.
