Mediterranean:  Gyros-Flatbread, Tzatziki Sauce, roasted veggies, hummos
Sushi:  Making sushi rice & Sushi vinegar
to make California rolls, Teriyaki Rolls and dessert
Mexican Fiesta:  Menu to be announced
Elizabeth Excobedo, Chef & Culinary
Historian will present Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.

Classes include recipes, demonstrations and sample tastings.

All classes are held at Rice Epicurean Market at 2020 Fountainview between Westheimer and San Felipe.

To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made one week in advance prior to class.  We will call back to confirm the cancellation.

All menus are to be announced later and are subject to change at the chef’s discretion.
