Reservations are held with a credit card one week in advance prior to
class. Refunds are made if cancellation is made one week in advance prior to class.
Menus are subject to
change at the chef’s discretion.

Cultivated Cooking Program Information:
Learn and perfect the most important essentials of cooking in our Cultivated Cooking classes. Created by Elaine Small, Director of the Rice Epicurean Cooking School, the program includes 10 months of cooking classes with a specialized curriculum.
The program shares her knowledge and experience from her many years of professional culinary experience, which include graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, working at the Warwick Hotel, The Petroleum Club, Coronado Club and working abroad.
To introduce this unique course, a special offer called the Toque Tally has been set up. If you attend 10 classes, you'll receive the 11th for free.
Don’t want to go alone? Bring a friend and your Experience Card and you will pay $40 and your friend will receive $10 off.

General Cooking School Information:
Classes include recipes, demonstrations, hands-on cooking classes and sample tasting.
To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made one week in advance. We will return the call to confirm the cancellation.
