What do the classes cost?
Most classes run between $55-70. At times, the guest chef’s book is included in the price.
How do I know which classes are hands-on or demonstration?
If you look at the calendar, a blue circle indicates hands-on. A purple circle indicates demonstration and red is for children’s camps.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made 3 days before the class. Any cancellations made after 3 days or no-shows will result in the full amount of the class being charged.
What should I wear to a cooking class?
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Bring a light jacket or sweater as the room may be cool at times. Please secure long hair during any food preparation you may participate in.
Is beer and wine served? May I bring my own?
We offer tasting portions of beer and wine to compliment your meal. Guests may not bring their own alcoholic beverages in the classroom. Please limit your consumption to the tastings we provide.
